Walcor, Inc. is a small, family-owned property management company whose motto is “tenants first.” When you lease with us, you receive personal, one-on-one attention – unlike the out-of-state, faceless management that the larger companies often offer.
Our newly remodeled office spaces are available to you 24/7, with personalized keycode entrances, security cameras and dedicated parking. We provide free fiber optic WIFI and all utilities are included in your lease price. Each office will have free access to the common areas which include a reception desk, waiting area, kitchen, break room, conference room and restrooms.

Our goal is to do everything we can to ensure your success. If your company succeeds, then we have been successful in fulfilling our own motto of “tenants first.”
How are some ways we do this? During the recent challenging times of the pandemic, we were able to forgive the April 2020 rent to assist our tenants. We also do not raise the prices of our leases unless taxes go up. In fact, we didn’t even raise rents at all during the last property tax hike.
Bottom line is this – If our tenants know we appreciate them and we will help them succeed, then our own business will flourish.
